What is your greatest accomplishment? Definitely being a mother.

What are your resolutions/goals for 2010? To get rid of clutter!

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would it be and why? Probably not the answer you’re looking for, but Heaven… so I could chat with a few people I’ve never met or never said a proper goodbye to.

Are you a morning or a night person? I am a morning person by nature, but with small children I’ve had to switch that a bit and take advantage of the time I have after they’re having sweet dreams .

What are your pet peeves or strange dislikes? I hate when people throw cigarettes out of their car window; I hate the smell of hot water; and I can’t tolerate anyone who is rude or disrespectful to a senior citizen.

How would your friends describe you to someone you don’t know? Kind, trustworthy, and sometimes bossy with OCD tendencies.

What are two things that you are good/bad at? I type fast and I can whip out a poem in seconds but I suck at avoiding potholes.

Have you ever won a trophy? If so, for what? I think I got a trophy for the Math Olympiad in junior high. I was very much NOT a sports/trophy-ish kind of kid.

Do you have any phobias? I’m claustrophic.

What are your pet peeves or strange dislikes?
Stupid people. Not knowing is one thing. Knowing better and still doing it really irks me. I'm very OCD, so things not in their place bug me. I'm not neat per se, but everything still has a place and should be in its place.

Hopefully trustworthy and loyal. My friends think I'm a dog! A good listener.

Bad at singing but I do it anyways.

What do you think the secret to a good life is?
Jimmy Buffet has a song that sums it up nicely, "breathe in, breathe out, move on". Don't sweat the little stuff, or the big stuff.

Little bugs. I HATE little bugs. I would import spiders if I could just to kill all the little bugs. Creepy!

A bear. A bear's life just seems like it would be worry free.

I used to be a football player and a swimmer - I was better at the swimming, but won a fare number of awards in both. I also won an award for successfully delivering the Columbus Dispatch on the coldest day in record Columbus history.

Photo albums, my grandfather's tie pin and as many paintings as I could hold.

Spiders. I'm not truly afraid of them, I just have an irrational response to their presence.

Not a talent, but I have freakishly small hands. I have to wear gloves from the kids’ department.

Bad – I have a poor sense of smell. Sometimes it takes me weeks to put laundry away.
Good – I make a mean organic, low fat meatloaf. I am excellent at wasting time on Facebook.
